Giving is more than a one time monetary value, it's time, connection and helping people, organizations, or ones community. Whether serving on a board, committee or being a voice for change in the local leadership of Santa Barbara, Josh believes that we have the ability and responsibility to give back.

MUSIC ACADEMY
Josh currently serves as one of the youngest Board Members ever elected to The Music Academy.
Since 1947, the Music Academy has been making a unique and enduring contribution to the world of music. The Music Academy is among the nation’s preeminent summer schools and festivals for gifted young classically-trained musicians. At its ocean-side, ten-acre campus in Santa Barbara, California, the Academy provides these musicians with the opportunity for advanced study and performance under the guidance of internationally renowned faculty artists, guest conductors, and soloists during its Summer School and Festival, presenting nearly 120 public events on campus and in downtown Santa Barbara.

The network
In 2021 Josh founded the founder "The Network," a group of luxury real estate agents from Aspen, Hamptons, New York,
San Francisco, Miami, Greenwich and beyond. The intentionality of the group is to help elevate, each members community, business and connect clients across the country.
OLD SPANISH DAYS (FIESTA)

Old Spanish Days in Santa Barbara is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring and preserving Santa Barbara’s history, spirit, culture, heritage and traditions. This 90+-year-old organization produces an annual five day festival -- Fiesta -- that is widely regarded as Santa Barbara’s premier festival.

Campaign Volunteer
In 2021 Randy Rowse ran for Mayor and won. During Randy's campaign, he asked Josh for his support in helping lead the city. As a nonpartisan candidate, former business man and a man of vision led Josh to do just that, get involved. Randy's key points for the city are: Public Safety, Community Development, Environmental Protection, Homeless Strategy, State Street revitalization and City Budget

Josh had the honor and privilege of joining forces with top producers who have successfully utilized artificial intelligence tools to optimize their businesses, saving time, money, and resources. Josh generously shared his time, insights, and experience to educate fellow industry professionals on effective strategies, helping them harness the power of AI in their businesses.
